Philosophy

Dr. Kyle's passion to become a chiropractor began when chiropractic care helped him overcome several sports injuries in high school. These experiences showed him the importance of chiropractic care in treating musculoskeletal injuries, as well as the impact it can have on improving athletic performance and general well-being. As a runner, triathlete and hockey player, he understands the importance of using chiropractic care to manage and prevent injuries. Kyle combines chiropractic care, contemporary medical acupuncture, myofascial release techniques and active rehabilitation; combining them into an individualized care plan for each patient. His commitment is to return every patient back to the activities that they enjoy doing, while promoting a healthy active lifestyle. Kyle's areas of special interest include concussions, sports injuries, lifting injuries, running & cycling injuries, endurance athletes, neck and low back pain and enhancing athletic performance.

Personal experience/interests

Kyle is a self-professed sports fanatic. Previously a competitive hockey and baseball player, he now competes in triathlons and has 6 half-ironmans under his belt. His personal sports interests include Triathlon, road cycling, running, hockey and golf. On the weekends you’ll find him road cycling north of the city, spending family time on the waterfront trail or at his cottage with his 2 dogs, wife and kiddos.

Favourite lift: Kyle loves the deadlift because he knows that being able to pick something up off the ground is important.
