About Evgeny

Evgeny graduated from Western University in 2017 with a Masters of Physical Therapy after receiving his Bachelor of Biological and Medical Sciences, with an Honors Specialization in Physiology, from Western University in 2015.

As an avid athlete throughout his life, he understands the importance of rehabilitation and the value of living life pain-free following many of his own sports injuries. As a physical therapist and rehabilitation specialist, Evgeny is committed to developing a comprehensive, evidence-based, and patient-centered wellness plan for his clients. His treatment philosophy is focused on patient education, manual therapy and exercise prescription to help clients achieve their goal and return to activities that they love. Evgeny is dedicated to maintaining the highest standard of care for his clients, and to this end intends to pursue his professional development in several areas. To date, he has completed courses in the Mulligan Concept Lower Quadrant, Active Release Therapy, and has obtained his Level 1 Certification in Manual Therapy from the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. In addition, he intends to advance his skill set through a variety of post-graduate studies such as certification in NKT, acupuncture, dry needling, and pursuing FCAMPT status.

Outside of providing exceptional patient experiences, Evgeny participates in various sports such as volleyball, tennis, boxing, and weightlifting. In addition, Evgeny has been the head coach of the 17U Girls team at Venom Volleyball Club in the Ontario Volleyball Association. He also volunteers as an assistant volleyball coach at Pleasant View Middle School, Sir John A. Macdonald Collegiate Institute and Bounce Volleyball Club.
