Dr. Christopher Jardine, ND
Naturopathic Medicine
As a naturopathic doctor, Chris operates with a clear, goal-oriented vision rooted in a comprehensive, functional, holistic, and integrative approach to healthcare. His focus is always on treating the whole person; addressing the root causes of health concerns while simultaneously alleviating symptoms through preventative, restorative, and enhancing strategies. He believes that true healing comes from understanding and nurturing the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit.
Chris’ practice can include blood analysis, botanical medicine, nutrition counselling, lymphatic drainage, sports massage, traditional chinese and cosmetic acupuncture. He can help manage diabetes, anemia, high cholesterol, blood pressure, weight management, fatigue, gut health, men’s fertility, mental health and optimize athletic performance. Regulating biomarkers, increasing energy, weight management and optimizing muscle mass are all aided by nutrition counselling, herbal and nutraceutical supplementation and guidelines on everyday lifestyle habits.
Chris is equipped with an extensive toolkit of natural therapies and personalized strategies. His approach is rooted in the belief that everyone has innate healing potential and incorporates integrity and compassion into his practice. He is committed to creating a welcoming space where each individual feels supported and empowered on their journey to health & vitality.
Personal Interests
Chris’ passion for sports has played a significant role in his life; He’s had the privilege of participating in several athletic pursuits, including Varsity Soccer, Varsity Track and Field, Varsity Field Hockey, Club Field Hockey, Varsity Rugby, and International Club Rugby. These experiences have taught him discipline, teamwork, resilience, and the importance of pushing beyond limits, which help inform his practice.
Outside of the sports field and clinic, Chris finds fulfillment in cooking, gardening, and spiritual connection.
Favorite structure to Treat:
The sympathetic nervous system is his favorite area to treat as a Naturopathic Doctor because it plays a vital role in how our body responds to stress, inflammation, and overall resilience. By supporting and balancing this system, he helps his patients achieve greater relaxation, mental clarity, and physical well-being. He believes in the power of the mind-body connection—that when we nurture the nervous system through natural therapies, we not only improve physical health but also foster emotional and spiritual harmony.
